The Brashear junior high kicked off basketball season Tuesday night as the hosted Atlanta. Brashear effort was doomed as they couldn't get on the scoreboard and trailed 24-0 at halftime. Brashear started to find the basket in the 2nd half, but eventually fell to Atlanta by a score of 28-13.
